Thanks for the insight, LJ69. While I do hear what you're saying, a 95 - 100lb doll is still a handful. My solid dolls range from 53 - 80lbs. When I first got the 53lb one, she felt heavier to me then she does now, after dealing with the heavier ones. But when I pick up my RD, who is 80lbs, you can definitely feel the difference. To me, she's about as heavy as I feel comfortable lifting. Maybe I would get used to a doll that weighed 15-20lbs more than her, but I'd hate to find out after the purchase that I made a mistake.

Hello Airgirluvr - I agree. The new curvy pear shaped woman are the type that appeal most to me. But the weight is certainly something to consider. I have 5 dolls ranging from 24kgs up to the OR162i cup which weighs about 43kgs.

The first doll I get (WM140D) was about 23-24kg and at first I remember thinking how heavy it was. Then I wanted more realistic and busty dolls so I upgraded to the OR156G at 32kg and the WM165K at about 34kg. This extra 10kg took some time to get used to. Now I have the OR162i at 43kg which is another 10kgs heavier. Now the 32kg/34kg dolls feel easier in comparison and the 24kg WM140D is reasonably easy to carry now compared to the heavier dolls.

My point is that you can get used to the heavier dolls with a bit of experience and thoughtful planning. I have very significant back/spine pain but once you are more experienced you do find ways to safely lift the heavier girls. And the OR162i body shape is amazing and super realistic so the extra weight does add to the realism factor as they are full size/height and unfortunately, with that comes the +40kg weight.
