@Jeff: Since I do not keep Jinshan dolls for reference, it is imposible to assess the color shift withou lab equipment. Based on sporadic color samples and assuming that the old samples do not change due to aging, there is an occasional deviation like shown in the picture posted by nukeno. Visually there is rarely a 100% match, but deviations as massive as in the 'cocoa' sample are rather rare as well.
However, other manufacturers have these deviations as well, so it just is as it is.
By the way, I just learned that Jinshan head no. 108 is now a generic WM Doll head, meaning that the current discount on WM Doll heads is available for #108, too.
