One of the things that some of us have done is to use a stance modifier when doing pics. The modifier changes the center of gravity somewhat and allows for more natural stance. The modifier tends to be bulky, but with the right angle, backgorund or good Photoshop type program you can make it dissape...

mytime.... i used Saran Wrap to help the finish and to hold the cut closed on a ten inch cut to Kaci's arm to fix a defect when she was new.....

Skull bolt's a common problem Muzza. Lot of different ideas on the best way to keep it all tight. As far as the crack you've observed and best fix or repair, no clue. Kaci came from AByss with the bolt rolling around in the head. At first i would just re-tighten. Pdee and others use two star washers...
