Yup, that's all you need. Regular off-the-shelf anti-bac soap. Now if you purchasing a previously owned silicone doll, then using that and a one time , very small (capfull at the absolute most) amount of liquid bleach in a hot/warm water solution just for an initial cleaning/sterilizing of the doll'...
