The existence of smell means the existence of germ/bacteria. Pour 91% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol in hers and use your finger to rub against the entire internal cavity as much as you can. Then, use very warm water with soap to clean it out for 10 times. Smell will be gone. I talked from my exp.
