Hey mgarner77 Adding to the recore option, your photo DSCN1226.JPG indicates this BoyToy doll uses the two in one insert (vag and anus). The piece of silicone skin that is tearing is the the part separating the vulva from the anus and I don't think you need to spend $100 on a recore kit to fix this....

Great job Mechwizard and thanks for the tutorial. I find for most silicone skin fixes I need to use both the one part adhesive and 2 part silicone. But sometimes, if the cut isn't deep, I just use the two part. But the plastic wrap is needed to make the fix appear seamless, I also add a little dish ...
