Re: MIRACLE STAIN REMOVER FOR TPE - so simple, easy and chea

Im using for long time, with great success, benzoyl preoxide (as a paste), usually used for acne treatment. Just wanted to say THANK YOU. I had stockings on my doll's legs for a couple of weeks and when I took them off she had these horrible deep red blotches all over her lower legs like bruises wh...

Re: Odd stains on TPE doll

I never see a good reason to take a TPE doll into a bath or shower. Mineral oil and baby wipes should provide all the needed cleaning. If a water based wash is needed, spray bottle with mild soapy water. With regards to odd staining, it's important to note that it's not just their clothing that can...

Re: WM dolls with loose joint

I would also very much like to know how to loosen the hip joint. It is completely impossible to move one of my dolls legs and I'm worried that forcing it too much will cause it to snap like has happened with other people.

I am happy to make an incision if someone can explain exactly where and how.

Re: Any development news from WM?

That body is crazy but someone out there will like it. That's what's great about WM the way they produce something for everybody.

Re: Broken Hip thinking about selling her...

How many nuts are there on the hip joint? Presumably there is at least one more to enable forwards movement? Where is that nut? The right leg on my doll cannot be lowered. I did lower it once with great effort and it took an hour to force it back gagin. Since then she has been stuck in a permanent s...

Re: What are the biggest benefits of doll ownership for you?

What are the biggest benefits of doll ownership for you? How has becoming a doll owner or enthusiast changed your life for the better? I got a doll because I'd turned 50 and still hadn't had a successful relationship with a woman. I'd been thinking about it for a couple of years but thought I'd exh...

Smiling faces are great. We don't all want a pouting porn star.

Re: Newbie looking for advice on a wm165

If you get a skin tone that is light, she ( face 70) will look Asian. I slept with a girl a long time ago in my early 20's who was Czech and her face was just.. amazing. Very exotic but with a European look to it and ever so slightly slanted eyes as if she had some asian blood in her family somewhe...

Re: Broken Hip Joint

Yes, if it broke that quickly it was obviously defective. The vendor should replace it for you. If they don't then name and shame them here and no-one will ever buy from them again.

Re: Cleaning the head?

Wouldn't it make more sense for the manufacturers to wash the dolls to clean off their shit before sending them? One expects that when one buys a personal product then it's going to be safe. Indigo's post implies that an unwashed new doll is potentially harmful. The WM site implies their dolls are s...

Re: Cleaning the head?

Just wipe it with mineral oil or petroleum jelly. You don't need to use soap and water, the oil will clean it better without risking mold.

Re: 50% Weight Reduction

Pipedream's torso has a foam core and a tpr skin which I thought is similar to tpe, so shouldn't you be able to have a foam core for tpe?

That torso also does not have any seam lines. None whatsoever, not even a trace. That would also be a welcome modification for a doll.

Re: What do you think creates the taboo about dolls?

I'm asking because I want to clarify my target goal for the film - sort of my thesis statement. If I better understand the problem, I can create a better film to help address that problem. I want to be clear I'm not here to profit from this or make a giant media explosion - it's just a small step f...

Re: 50% Weight Reduction

Maybe they could make the skeleton out of carbon fibre instead of metal. CF is just as strong but much lighter. They use it to make spars for aeroplane wings so I'm sure it could handle the weight of a doll. It would be more expensive though. Having a foam core would also shave off some weight. 20kg...
