Hi Guys I really like the face of the french madame, It looks like the Rachal doll on the Ramsdale site I would love to get a hold of a head to put it on a miranda doll, any suggestions

As for vynal, think of a vynal table cloth, you can spil on it, eat off of it , even get layed on top of it and its still ok. Only stands to reason that vynal dolls would be about the same IMO.
