I personally just use bras or the dolls arms to support the large breasts when standing. Works well. I like the concept of the design and I'm sure it would work very well. However the amount of soft realism would be greatly sacrificed to accomplish long term stability. It's still an amazing looking ...

I hope there would be an opportunity to select a regular skeleton as an option. I usually add a little air to my dolls and there is very little sagging. I would imagine a large metal ball in the breast would be too hard.
