yes they are interchangeable and it was easier to put the wm head on suki's body than suki's own head-I know this question is over a year old

so with the skeleton out of the doll, did you manage to keep her head on or is she headless?

another great video, but the pics of Alice without her eye. is there like cotton behind the eyeball? I know when doing stuff with my dolls like dressing or other maintenance I get nervous about them falling
