the factory didn't shipped it in a flightcase but in a cardboard box.. Due to a lack of flightcases, they "forgot" to inform him about it. I see, so if you have payed for a flightcase, you must have money back if they not send it in that. Hope you be lucky with your doll and no marks and ...
