Can I use pieces of a fleshlight, are they the same as TPE or close enough?

So I have a WM166c with a built in vagina. I'm not able to use femidoms they're too ruff.
I need to be able to throughly flush and clean her out. So I am prepared to buy a speculum
but i need to know what can I use to fill and seal these holes that are in the TPE ball?

My guess is the cold would make things less pliable so let the doll
warm up before preforming any joint bending or positioning
