Has anyone modified a WM160A? I.e slightly adjusting the breast size or the teeth/tongue mod works on any WM head?

Wanted to show where the broken leg part occur. In one of those photos you can see how it is broken at the right hip.

Also will provide two wigs, cleaning device, comb, pair eye sets, and a wig cap.

I've seen fixes on TPE dolls that involve fixing the breasts with injected air. However, are there any fixes using injected gel? Could I purchase a specific gel that wouldn't harm the TPE material? I've heard some people used suntan gel or ultrasound gel as a subsitute.
