Might as well just get in touch with a repairguy/gal, and let them have a good look at it to see if something can be done. And if not, if you can, keep the Head, replace the entire body.

The way the neck comes is not an unusual sight. Not all cases, but enough this happens to, when not having enough padding on both sides on neck to back up the weighty pressure that will happen during journey.
