I keep coming back to this head/model, very alluring..

Is the hair on the promotional picture implanted?

I like the blonde wig but would choose implanted if it doesn't overly complicate things.

Just how durable is this doll? Has she shown any wear and tear over time?
How frequently do you perform cleaning and or maintenance on her?

Oh, and are the eyes easily removable?
