My first new doll arrives on Thursday. I snagged a very inexpensive JY Doll knock off to get used the basics of doll ownership. It's a been a good learning experience, and practice for care and handling of the good one.

I placed my order for a custom WM Doll with a TDF approved vendor (yourdoll.com) on 3/13/2023. Payment cleared on 3/16/2023, and I was told that the doll went into the production queue on 3/22/2023, and received factory photos on 4/19/2023.

Just waiting for a shipping notification…

Being new owner myself, I can tell you that they do take some getting used to.

Articulation can be difficult to figure out, but once you do, they become easier to manage!

I asked for and received photos of the mouth open. I explicitly requested that they not hold open the mouth but that’s what I got anyway…

Before accepting factory photos make sure you see the mouth actually opened and not just pulled open from nose.
