I have experience with the WM Doll enhanced “fixed tongue” head and found it to be a bit small and shallow, so if you’re on the bigger side, you might have issues. According to yourdoll.com, the lead time for a silicone doll with painting is 40-50 days (25-35 days plus another 15 days for painting).

That said, I would give them another 1-2 weeks, then ask for an update if you don’t hear something sooner.
