Yes, my doll finally arrived on 7/07/2023, a day earlier than expected.

Every was more or less what I ordered, although I was missing the blonde wig, which WM Doll neglected to include, and YouDoll indicated that they’d send to me.

This morning, I received a tracking # for the new doll - the shipping label was created on 6/23/2023, so I expect that it's probably waiting to clear customs, and hopefully I should see it sometime next week! The package has left the warehouse, and is expected to arrive on Saturday (7/08/2023)! Hop...

I believe my issue(s) resulted from a mix up on the manufacturer's side, I don't hold YourDoll.com responsible, and would imagine that if I ordered an in-stock doll (which I'm strongly considering), I'd have a much better experience.

I’m relieved to hear that you received your product. I enjoy my privacy, and would be mortified at the idea of some stranger receiving such a personal item of mine. I would agree that the lack of communication/misrepresentation of where your product was made things harder than they should have been…...

I was going to say that the original pictures looked better, (makeup and overall appearance. Seemed like the wigs were a bit off-kilter in the replacement. Not quite placed correctly), but the updated pictures look a whole lot better! Such a beautiful doll BTW! 8) I never expected to have 2nd hand ...

@Hannahskj, Annie's Dollhouse is a TDF-approved vendor, so assuming: A. You didn't customize your order B. The model was in-fact "in-stock, in the USA" and not "coming soon" or something else like that It should have shipped from their US-warehouse in LA. Still, it could be far, ...

I received factory photos for my replacement two weeks ago, and am still waiting on a tracking # …

I’m still waiting for mine to arrive… ordered in March, got someone else’s order last month, approved the replacement’s factory photos a couple of weeks ago, but haven’t seen a tracking number yet .

My guy's tracking is showing he arrived in AZ at my local facility early this morning!! That means he is only 15 minutes away from me currently 🫢 UPS gave an estimated delivery window of 1-5pm today *or latest by 7pm*. His current status shows he is 'Preparing for Delivery' and now I'm super stoked...
