The response from WM is, this cannot be fixed. It sounds like they are going to help. They needed more information on the doll (which I've sent).

Hi all,
I have a WM doll that was in transit (Fed Ex) over 2 months. She arrived in what I thought was perfect condition but the breasts both have collapsed and I'm wondering if I can fix them. It was slow and insidious but they look like this photo:

I would hope doll mfr would keep options open for both types of LHP. I'm getting my 3rd WM doll this year and love the placement. Talking and moaning dolls I agree! The moan feature on my WM dolls is very cool. It adds to the realism. It does get repetitive and there is no English language option. I would love more more more of this option. If they are going to talk to me, I hope it's dirty talk :thumbs_up: :thumbs_up:
