You need dry and clean air to blow the doll up. From mouth you get humidity (water) inside the doll and also bacterias from mouth. But it is a cheap drug that do not heart you, to blow up a doll from mouth. I dislike anti bacterial soap and for wash up but I use antibacterial wash up (for the dishes...

Once I was a kid.
Playing with girls and dolls.

Dolls that could open/close eyes, move eyes, they could talk, they could walk and even pee. They had a hole at the right place alredy in the 50-ties.

What have happen to this world?

How have dolls developed in 50 years???

I have found talc better than starch. Starch damage the skin and give more friction. Like peeling. Talc seems to be fat but is not, but it lubricate the skin instead of more friction. Also put starch on you hands and rub them against each other. Do the same with talc and you should feel the differen...

Oh yes, big problems. The new skin dont sticks to vinyl. Only vinyl alone is a very hard skin. With a second skin the doll will also be heavy. Also, it is one thing to stuff a skin or fill it with foam. Its simple. But covering a doll (without using a mold) is much more difficult. For a face a thinn...

Itsme you really dont say much about what you are doing. Same thing with your website. I told you before I was interested to know about you. You sell this bedbuddy and what more, yes you make molds but do you make more torso like dolls or more full dolls? Bedbuddy should really be interesting for a ...

I would say that it should be the best part of a doll but it is the worse. These inserts are really stone age. We should be able to do much better. But it shows how we look at women, just a hole. And one expensive holder for that hole. Its the only function a doll have, to hold an insert. But only h...

I am trying to follow this but it is not that easy. For you, You could use a 1 quart paper milk carton, I would set up 4 spray oil and would spray a piece of wood to cover them all. after I sprayed them all with foam, I cannot understand anything of above. What is wd 40? In what types of stores can ...

Ok, I am interested so I hope you get any result to show. But waterproof and soft it should mean that air can pass but not water. If soft you can press out the air of it else it will be hard. But this type of foam in rolls used under sleeping bags, thats not soft but it its very flexible. It does no...

Closed cells, it means hard, not flexible at all. As air cannot pass in and out.

Are you going to use this as a plug for a mold or do you mean to make the doll that hard?

If so, a mannequin must be much easier and cheaper.

But a cheap and easy way should be to make a torso of it.

Its a good point making them cheaper, I think it was 250 USD Stef paid for an insert. But its maybe 2 USD to make them. So, it should be an easy income. 250 USD for a hole. But if there only was a slow material, giving after very slowly and that return slowly to its original shape so that it change ...
