Hell, I'd be upset too. Sure you can get your own bolts, but you shouldn't have to. If I bought a new car and it was missing a lug nut, I'd certainly expect the dealer to remedy the situation, not give me a song and dance or flat out ignore my request. You want to use silicone adhesive very sparingly.

I use Silpoxy silicone adhesive.

Do you want to take a look into the inner structure of the hand of your doll? Here is a a simple solution. It works quite well with TPE hands. But not so good with silicone hands. Anything thicker than a hand doesn't work. I used a LED flashlight (with an a, not an e :whistle: ) at about 50 lumens....
