Realdoll is very realistic, almost perfect but...

Realdoll looks great, very detailed that extremely resemble to real life human that is very hard to beat; however the vaginas I've seen at rd are ridiculously unrealistic. For example, the labia(or the whole insert) is always sticking out of the majora labia regardless of its plastic glass like look. I see rd offer customize labia, so can anyone share a more realistic looks of rd vagina or that is nonexistent for such wonderful dolls?

RD and BT inserts are more geared toward ease of cleanup.

I thought they have been aiming rd for looks/pose/realism than being practical/usage/cleaning?

I would say RD's are aimed for all those purposes. The 'permanet' vaganal attachment will be your most realistic.

Like you I am very picky about that area and I'm not satisfied with the look of my BT2's vag area but I love her soooooooo much at this point... it really doesn't matter.

RealDolls are coming close to looking realistic, but currently, they still look like high end mannequins. Some of their faces are just slightly cartoonish looking. I can't comment on their vaginas, since I've never seen or felt one.

This is true. Regardless of one's opinion of what looks realistic, there's the more important factors of, pleasing feel for intercourse, cleaning, and the ability to remove and replace after damage due to usage. These factors may not be "realistic" but they are important for a love doll.

They could make the vagina look like the real thing, I'm sure of it, but that would cause other problems like durability issues, cleaning issues, things like that.

They have to find a balance between what looks good and what works best. In a spread eagle look, the insert doesn't look too appealing, as there's a gap between the insert and the outer labia, but with the legs closed, it can look pretty nice.

Actually I would say a doll is much closer to perfection than real ones since you can make it however you want(even if its out of this world)

It depends a lot on how the doll is posed, from what angle the picture is taken, how far the insert is pushed in between the outer labia, lighting, and of course, having a doll modeled after a real woman helps as well
