I saw a number at amazon, yes. You could go even human hair and lace front (a must for short hair) as you´d pay for hair length usually. But be careful on wig sizes. Doll heads are usually smaller than real human heads and in case of lace front, non matching sizes look particularly ugly at hairlines. Bits less of a problem for longer hairs though.

It might be difficult to find the shaved look, but I agree, Amazon has a vast selection of wigs and of course if you have a local wig shop or beauty supply wholesaler nearby, you might want to have a look there as well.

I suppose it must be quite hard to make a wig like this, so you never can see through it.
