Anyone else having problems with Omocha Dreams?

On the 26th of May I ordered a Busty Aichan at Omocha Dreams, I paid with Paypal.

2 days later on the 28th of May I get an email titled 'PayPal payment request from Omocha Dreams', basically asking me to pay for the order.

I emailed them back telling them I had already paid by Paypal.

It's now the 30th and I still haven't heard back from them, and my order hasn't been shipped.

I'm not really sure what's going on.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything for me to worry about?

I'd double check your payment to them and just make sure you sent it to the right seller. other than that, they have to double check themselves on their end and maybe their silence means you're correct. but, shoot an email about confirming this and ask how come it hasn't shipped yet and is there a delay.

hope they clear things up and sort it out for you.

I've just checked Paypal and it seems that the payment definitely has been sent to the right seller.

Whenever I look at my order status on Omocha Dreams with 'English language' selected on the website it says 'order approved', but strangely if the site is in German language, and I then translate the page with Google Chrome, it says 'Released for delivery', not really sure what the latter means.

I guess maybe I'm just worrying about nothing, because this is the first time I've ever bought from Omocha Dreams, I've spent a lot of money (the most I've ever spent online), and it seems to be the only place where I'm able to buy a Busty Aichan from (I'm in the UK), so if I can't buy it from there, I'll probably never be able to get one.

Although I haven't bought anything from them recently, I have ordered some things from Omocha Dreams, and they have always delivered, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I assume you payed them using the shop's checkout system, and not by transferring the payment manually or something...

"Released for delivery" usually means the order has been payed and is ready for shipping.

It should be okay then, and considering the German part of the site says the order is released for delivery, I assume it'll be shipped in the next few days or so.

Strange, still no reply from them. And the item still hasn't been shipped yet, even though it says on the site that it's in stock.

So here I am waiting for days on end, not knowing what's happening, or if I'll ever even receive the item.

Maybe send them another email and wait for one or two days to see if the status will change.
I ordered once at Omacha Dreams, but that was years ago, no problem at all.

Twice I had a problem with a webshop for non-delivery. As I filed a Paypal complaint, in one case I got an apology and the item was shipped, in another case I got a full refund. So, if they don't reply to email, I recommend to file a paypal complaint, as most shops don't want trouble with paypal and will act on such a complaint.

Well, I decided to email them from a different email account, and thankfully they've replied. They said 'It's been solved, sorry for the trouble, we'll ship today'.

Just got them today and they're awsome!

They're more smaller than how they look in videos and pics, but they're still a nice size, and they seem to jiggle more realistically in real life than how they look in videos.
