I Hate Selfies. I'm used to using a regular camera, mounted on a tripod, with either a timer or cable release. Tripod mounted photos are much better.

I work with photographic equipment and on an HOURLY basis a customer brings this up. I frankly don't understand them as they seem to fly in the face of a common sense self portrait.

They're done by people who are openly admitting they're too stupid to know their camera has a timer on it. It's like all the idiots who are not only dumb enough to prop the butt of a shotgun against their groin, but are also dumb enough to film it, and then dumb enough to upload the video.


That said, a lot of hot girls seem to love showing off their beautiful bodies while openly flaunting the fact they're too stupid to use a timer. So in that sense it is a popular fad which will probably fade in time. Anything hot girls do is OK.

Thanks Everhard I try to look to real life for inspiration / ideas and dropped on a 'selfie site'. It was quite an eye opener and a lot of the girls I believe were non -UK. To me it was an artform of a different type and yes, there were all types of girl, all shapes and sizes just like here. Looking at their eyes, the concentration, that certain 'look at me' look made them something special no matter how good their bodies were.
I'm hoping a lot of folks with all types of dolls take that same thought of 'look at me' using the 'selfie' technique and post.
