I've secured one judge and I'm awaiting replies from other members.

Nevertheless, we can proceed with the GIF-Off!

As previously stated, only GIF files will be considered (only choosy mothers choose GIFs), no static pictures (I like to move it, move it), and no videos (don't wanna watch TV).
You can post as many GIFs as you desire in a 24 hour period. Quality, not quantity, is the determining factor though.
The Posting will start when I get a confirmation that the 3 members who've shown interest
are aware the contest has started, to give everyone a fair shot.

I just got word from midiman that he is now in the U.S.-- apparently they let him cross the border without much trouble this time. There goes the neighborhood!

Anyway, he is now headed for NYC, and then will be at the meet in Hershey later this week.
