You know, I turned 36 recently and sometimes I wish I had gone full-size sooner. I was stronger in my late 20s. Plus now with Covid, it's tough getting an intense lifting session in at home. Kate is right on my limit as far as being able to manage the weight. So if I want to keep messing with her, I can't slack on the workouts.
