to answer your question about bra and panty sizes - bra sizing is always a bit hit and miss. A 32C from one company will not be the same as a 32C from another. It also depends on the style of the bra and if it is underwired or not. Don't worry though, you'll become an expert in no time at all
Strictly speaking she is probably a UK size 30C, but that's a difficult size to find, so I've got a few 32C bras that tend to fit her boobs ok, but I need to tighten the back with a safety pin.
Panties are much easier - shes a size xs or s
If you are buying new stuff from shops, then go in with her measurements and ask the sales girls for some help - say you are looking for something for your wife or girlfriend. If it doesn't fit, you can then always take it back and get a different as long as you have the receipt. At least that's the way it works in the UK.
