Please note her insert is NOT in place for the pics in order to show the opening. However her rear insert is in place for the photos. It can be easily removed for access to the opening. The edges in side her vagina that appear "rough" are not rough in any way. PIB dolls come with a hymen which must be severed before having sex with her. You can trim the remaining hymen more if you like with a sharp x-acto type blade or leave as it is. I found it helps hold the insert in place, but that is just a preference. I will add pics of the insert soon. Pics of the additional wigs and clothes will be provided upon request.
