SOLD: Selling Real Doll 2 still in production

My order is 10 weeks in and I no longer want the doll. If you're interested in why, I talk about it here.

I purchased this doll shortly after the sale, so I received a $500 discount, so that's something you can take advantage of. You would also get it sooner of course, but the doll is still a few weeks out. You would get this straight out of the factory though, I would have Abyss ship it to you. Ideally, I would prefer if I could transfer the sale over to you. That way you buy the doll straight from Abyss for exactly what I payed for, and they would refund me the money. I've been told it is unlikely they'd do this for me. I don't see why, but if they refuse then I guess you can give me the money and I have them ship the doll to you. We can both talk to Abyss about it.

The invoice number is 37550 so you or the mods can verify with Abyss that this order exists and I payed what I'm claiming I payed.

As you can see, I was going to pick up the doll, so this DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING!!! If you do purchase this, we would have to ask abyss how much it would cost to ship you to (I believe it's $550 to ship to the US, but don't quote me on that), so please add that to the total above. The above also includes a stand. If you don't want the stand, I can ask if they can at least cancel that, but I don't know. And I got charged tax for being in Cali, if you are outside of that, maybe they'll wave it and that will be the cost of shipping.

So why should you buy this doll for full price? It has a $500 discount, you'll be getting it two months sooner than if you ordered on your own, and you would be doing me a huuuuuuuuuge favor!

I spoke to Abyss and they won't deal with a thrid party, so you'd have to buy the doll from me. This doll will ship to you from them though, I will never have this doll in my possession, it will be straight from the factory.

I am aware that I may lose money on this purchase, so feel free to make me an offer and I will consider it. If you purchase the doll, I will provide Abyss with your address so they can ship it directly to you, and I will CC you in the email.

Nice use of the exemption for new rule...all interested buyers be aware of the rules for this here... viewtopic.php?f=128&t=60350 hence no images, basically you are buying off consignment...and saving on the retail price for a pre order.

I registered with this forum for the sole purpose of inquiring about your RealDoll for sale. This is my first post.

I was planning to visit the RealDoll showroom/factory in California as early as next week to look at the products and perhaps order a custom doll. i spoke with the receptionist last week, discussed making an appointment to visit their facilities, but do not have an appointment as I write.

While doing my research on RealDoll, I came upon your post. Body style D is not my first choice because it is very heavy. Also, the head you have selected is not on my list. However, the doll you ordered is an opportunity for both of us. If we were to get together on a deal, I would give you cash at the RealDoll facility. You wouldn't have to pay the cost for shipping, however, I would need it packed for shipping in their wooden crate. I would drive her away along with her stand for the journey home.

Do you know when the doll will be ready, if it isn't already? Also, while I understand your situation, the price you have posted is too high. If I were to order a custom doll, it would be a Body A with a full head and some other options different from what you have ordered.

Abyss confirmed to TDF Management that "this doll is on production and roughly 2-3 weeks away from completion. The doll is paid in full but no shipping or crating has been paid. If the doll ships outside of California we are willing to apply the tax paid to the shipping cost, otherwise we'll need to make arrangements."
