I bought 3 trans adapters but only keeping the one that matched my doll(pink).these are creme colored.erect and flaccid style.made from silicon and purchased a few months ago from ds dolls.they can work with tpe but must be covered to not directly touch each other.matches closely to medium skin.id like to sell them as a pair $100 shipped for both .never used.
