For sale I have a new "R" type silicone insert from Doll Sweet. I received this one a while ago with a DS 167cm that I purchased used, the insert was listed as brand new and in person it has no wear, just some light dents from sitting around.

Insert has never been used, just cleaned and powdered with scented baby powder before being on a shelf with my other inserts. The video I made below has some more info on the insert.
