How to change the color of a signature line?

I see some signature lines in red or blue. How is that done? Nothing that I have tried seems to be working.

In the Signature panel: http://www.dollforum.com/forum/ucp.php? ... =signature
highlight the text you want to color and select one of the colors from the color panel (see below)
