For Sale posts must meet the following guidelines:

1. Seller's Price or best offer over an amount.
2. A recent photo of the actual item for sale is required.....no links to photos not your own.
3. Age of the item for sale and any damage.
4. Shipping limitations ( local/international ) and who will pay for it, also please mention your general location.
5. Post when the item is sold.
6. Moderators reserve the right to delete posts not relevant to the Sale.

After the auction ends, how long to we give the winner to contact or reply to the seller before it defaults to the next highest bidder? (That is the situation I have here.)

My guess is, whatever feels reasonable to you.

If people bid on an auction, and then disappear, and the seller decides to go to the next one, that's their loss.

In your case, the bidder who got the highest bid, has never logged into his account since he posted in your auction.
