I have had measured although limited success in the past with having sellers on e bay ceasing in using Stacy's photographs for their financial gain.

Unfortunately, the listing will end and the seller will start a new account doing the same thing sometimes. It's like swatting flies.

Sellers with established names will not. These are the one's that I have had success with.

For some reason it's usually Stacy's photo's that they always steal and use ... :)

Well, I would flag it, but eBay tells me they will not show the ad to me as I am outside of the US or Canada.
If folks from the UK can see it, I am sure I am doing something wrong, but I have not figured out what.

Nope - we have the same problem on this side of the North Sea too!

You can try setting up a US/Canadian account, but it totally screws with your cookies.

A lot of TDF officials live outside the USA, and like Tchon, I too would flag those sales, if I could... but I can't, so it's up to people from the US to do it.

Here is the photograph that munkey was using in his Sale ad.

I was able to get his cooperation in that he agreed to no longer use Stacy's (and hopefully anyone else's) photograph's in his Sale ads along with an apology.

I will post our exchange of communications when I get a minute.

This eBay account has O feedback a big RED FLAG that if you send this guy money all you will get in return is his rent paid for the month.
