Review of TPE Dolls

Post by eeniemeenie »

A very quick review of the TPE dolls. They are excellent playtoys. Freaking excellent. And Joy at Beautiful Dolls has been fantastic to work with. IMHO, silicone is now obsolete for playtoys. For photography and ultra realistic visuals, silicone still has the market. But for playtime...TPE is the absolute bomb.

Eenie, what silicone dolls do you have exp with? Because the Doll Sweet and 4woods dolls are pretty soft! Plus they are slightly lighter and aren't stain magnets. But I agree they've thrown a monkey wrench in doll evolution and this can only be good for us aficionados! I just don't know if I'm ready to write them off just yet

I have to agree. I had just bought a number of silicone dolls when Zarnon said that with all the dolls he had, he mainly used a TPE doll for lovemaking. I have a lot of respect for him (even though in my head he sounds like the eccentric Dale Gribble). I immediately went and ordered a WMdolls 135cm doll. And wow, TPE is everything I ever hoped for in a doll material. :!:

Hi siliken. I hope you don't mind if I answer. Among the silicone dolls, I have Silicone Art dolls, Doll Sweet dolls, and a 4woods doll. They are soft compared to other silicone dolls, but don't come close at all to the softness of a TPE WMdoll. Massaging the TPE doll feels very, very much like massaging a real woman. (Seriously, they should use them in massage classes to train on.)

The 4woods doll is great for realism and probably has the nicest feeling breasts because they're a very soft silicone gel inside. And the Silicone Art and Doll Sweet dolls have a major advantage in lightness, since they have foam cores. They all can be put in standing poses much better than the TPE doll. (All that pressure on the soft material on the bottom of the feet worries me a bit on a TPE doll.) So for photography and dressing up, they are great. But in bed the TPE dolls reign. :evidence:

I can only compare my TPE dolls with Candy, Betty, and Reiko, but TPE feel vastly more lifelike. The staining issue is a problem (I swear that Celine is a magnet for black bits of lint), but it is not enough to sour my opinion of my TPE dolls. Celine in particular is just an ocean of squishy, squeezable fun.

I now know why some posts appear mysterious. The manufacturer of TPE dolls does appear to be improving in a number of ways

Since I took the plunge and bought a WMdolls 135cm doll, I've been keeping an eye on all the posts from other Forum members who have a WM doll. So far I don't think I've seen any that have a negative impression, or who have any complaint about poor quality or major manufacturing defects. Personally, I really like that they come on the Forum and ask for suggestions for faces and body types. At this point, I would recommend a WM doll to anyone who wants a doll primarily for lovemaking. And having them be so affordable is just bonus. :glou:

More positive reviews of TPE are great to read. I appreciate your input. I'm sure your dolly does, too..
