This is smart because she would look like a full silicon doll wearing a body stocking while naked. And if being dressed fully, she will look like a full silicon doll but much lighter and better to hug .... lol
Now, this gave me an idea. Is it possible to make a whole body silicon masking ? so this body mask can be worn on a fabric doll and she will look like a silicon doll.

@Elfie, I like your idea; however, since silicone is quite heavy, most likely with that approach, you might end up with the weight similar to most existing silicone on foam core doll (or heavier)... Also, I highly doubt it would be cheap as well...
