This tracking doesn't give so many info.
It just says my package was picked up by their new shipping company in Poland, but I think she's already traveling.
Anyway is supposed to arrive on Tuesday. I wait

Everyone of you has had excellent service from BD. It just need to read the other experiences...
Maybe the day I placed my order there was some bad astral alignment that brought to an unfortunate series of events....
I really don't know. The worst thing is that several "within Monday/Wednesday/next week" was not respected, of course not for their fault (never said), just badluck. And I admit I'm also envious of everyone of you.
I'm a newbie in the dolls world, this is the first time that I have spent so much for an online purchase and after all these problems I went in panic and didn't know what to expect! I don't think it's crazyness...
So I hope everyone of you can understand my disappointment, and BD too, without (I hope) hating me so much for my constant reminders...

Geeze, I hope so Dolita. This is definitely not the way to be introduced to the wonderful wonderful world of dolls. I guess Poland is a different planet all to itself. I just hope the space ship lands there SOON with your new girl!! Please let us know she has arrived!

I'm so sorry you had to go through this. There are occasions every so often during which transactions go sour, and the bulk of the issue seems to be communication. You are not the first, and you won't be the last.

I hope your doll is healthy, and unscathed.

G'day everyone,....

Just take 'tracking' with a grain of salt,...

Its not done in 'real time'.

Its done as 'data entry' and mostly manualy.

Even those so called Automated updated tracking systems only actualy update at a set time of day so if they miss that update time it will not show for another 24hrs.

This is why many people find their packages delivered while the tracking system still tells you it is in transit or still at some sorting facility.

Use it as a guide, NOT as Gospel!

I do hope she arrives home soon and that she will have been well worth the wait.

May you both get to play together for many years and share with us all your adventures together.

Good luck and look forward to seeing her pictures.

My tracking says she's finally out from the polish borders, and it's now in transit through Germany.
According with it delivery is sheduled by 20:00 on Monday, I hope so!
