Yes. It's possible to choose the insert and I also recommend it :)

About the skin tone - it can be black! I even think that this body type is perfect for that skin tone... You could have this face, but it's an agent face for which we have to pay to the agent and because of that we will be forced to add 80$ on the head. YL will have a black face soon... But not sure when exactly... And that head won't be 80$ more expensive.
