DS Doll 145cm Nina Elf (Bad shopping experience)

Greetings to all.

Less than 2 months ago I get my first doll after 2 years of researching and deciding what choose.
I finally decided on the DS doll and I had a bad experience.
The doll is beautiful but it came with many imperfections and I want to know if it is normal.
As it is my first purchase and I am new in this I do not know in what condition are the dolls, I have to clarify that they opened the doll in customs and they did not repack it the same.
The head they sent me I did not like at all had the eyebrows twisted, the teeth and badly glued eyelashes and skin color was different from the body.
Fortunately they respond and send a second head, the skin color most similar to that of the body, with well-aligned eyebrows, teeth and eyelashes well glued . I thank the company, with that I have no problems, the new head is perfect. (As it had to be from the beginning)

Now comes the bad, the body, came to me with many bad details.
1- In the right gluteus have glue is noticeable a little and to the touch is annoying.

2- Both nipples perforated, one is noticeable and the other hardly noticeable.

3- The right foot has a deep hole that I repaired with glue.

4- The right arm has a drilling so deep that it was enough to see the metal skeleton that also repaired with glue, it is the part of the armpit.

5- And finally the most horrible damage of all and for which I very annoying, In the part where the vagina is inserted it came torn from the beginning, I repaired it on 5 occasions and rips elsewhere.

Has more details but they are minimal and I consider them acceptable, but the ones mentioned above not.

In case this was not enough and being that the model sent it defective from the beginning the seller told me that I have to pay the shipping costs if I want to change the body for another new.
Also I pay 476 tax at customs and the box where send it does not say fragile nowhere increasing the possibilities of bad handling.
As I said before is the first doll that I buy and I intend to buy another 2 of that brand but with the conditions that I get this and its bad guarantee make me hesitate a lot.

In what conditions are your dolls received, is it normal that they have these details since new?

I made a mistake, I had to have taken photos before repairing the defects, I do not have photos of some damages before repaired, they are not perceived much for that.

Yes the Vag pics look bad, never had a DS doll, I do know it can sometimes be a hit or miss situation with many of these Dolls, but From everything I know DS is considered a Quality Manufacturer, owners of DS Dolls should really chime in here.

Yes, your doll seems to have had a few small problems, and all vagina openings split like that, you need to reinforce with cotton mesh inside and glue. I, myself have had a few issues with my dolls from DS, and am currently experimenting with smooth on paints and silicones to repair the age problems associated with DS dolls. If you are using the doll for sex, small imperfections will not matter to you soon. If you want to use the doll for pictures, I suggest you never have sex with it because that is what causes most of the damage. Even rubbing against the doll, your body hair will cut into the silicone like razor blades and eventually give you rough spots on the skin. Like every product, you will repair, repair , and eventually replace it. DS dolls are a great bargain considering the cost of a lot of other silicone dolls (4500.-10,000.), and they will have problems also. I suggest you have fun with your doll, repair when necessary, and sell here on the forum when you are ready to replace. Silicone dolls at least can be repaired successfully, though not always pretty. Their skeletons and joints are far superior to most other doll brands. Look at the big picture and enjoy her. I do.

I am planning my first doll purchase, a DS, in the next few weeks and this topic concerns me greatly. Is reinforcing the vag with cotton mesh and glue considered preventative maintenance, or another repair method? I plan to play with and move my doll often, so I'm sure I can expect some wear, but are there any other tips for how to prevent normal problems with silicone damage?

The 145 models from DS are more prone to tearing in that delicate area than the other models.
I had reinforced my 2015 DS145 with mesh and I detected some weeks ago that the silicone started tearing where the mesh ends. I used then Wacker E43 Silcone to reinforce the complete inside circumference with a 1mm layer.
Up to now, that seems to do the trick.

How was it packed? I've heard some horror stories about DS packing. They are stuck in a very rough situation with packing. They have to pack it light in case custom wants to check it. But I think that actually ENCOURAGES customs to choose that package for checking. Once its opened, then it all goes down hill. Customs is never going to pack it back correctly. I say - pack it like a tank. Hope they look at it an choose another package. X-Ray to make sure its safe and move along.

I know this is a older thread, but...
Many of the small filled humps or unfilled holes are from the rods that hold the skeleton in place in the mold. All silicone dolls will have these. How well they are filled and finished depends upon the employee and final inspection. I think a adjustment in your purchase price would be in order due to poor workmanship, but the return of the complete doll probably not necessary.

The labia major tearing seems to be normal for these dolls unfortunately.

The company never answered and in this same forum they did the same to me, I do not think to buy another doll again, the truth is that I was very disappointed of the bad service, I never thought that buying a doll was a bad experience.
