the error you get should be this one : >> The additionnal face/head you're submitting matches no doll with that name/brand/owner

The programs verifies that you already own a "name/brand/owner"'s doll to add an additionnal head to that profile, in your case the prg searches for a "Kimberly/Orient Doll/Sotaichou" profile but Kimberly is a BoyToy

I will record Kyanna asap

Sotaichou, i hope the profile is ok for you. I added a comment saying that the photo albums showcase Kyanna with different bodies (BT3 or Viola 135cm) and Kyanna doesn't appear in any makers Submatrix ; but of course she is listed as one of the 16 dolls you own
