Excellent pictures! .... rule 1? In the first pic shes holding a pack of cigarettes. My only guess is that cigarettes are also bad for dolls especially if stuck in the wrong place. 
Or you've misinterperetted rule 1. It should be fine to show all parts of a doll. Maybe I am missing something.
