The End!!

WHEW!!! I am soooo glad!!! It was gettin' pretty damn hot under all those lights, Dude! I'm exhausted!! Nina OUT!!!

This extended shoot was tiring and very hot. Learned quite a bit about light placement and angles/effects. Will take what I have learned and use the best ideas for the planned "Rock and Roll" shoot. Next step ... fine tuning Nina's poses.

Thanks to all that are still hanging in and following this thread as it unfolds. I hope that I have provided some inspiration, perhaps opened a door to a next step for someone/anyone.

I have to say Von, that I am learning a lot from viewing your extensive lighting experiments. It is great to see on one page the different moods cast by each light arrangement on a chosen scene. Looking at each photo helps to imagine which light arrangement may work well on a scene that one may be planning.

I got a lot of help getting started from you, Buffy, Jeeves and the rest of the Bin clan ... and I thank you for lightin' the fire!! I am liking some of the latest shots that use only two lights ... cool shadowing effects. And uplighting has some "spooky" effect goin' on ...

Planning to paint the reflectors flat white inside to eliminate the hot spot cast where the light has been focused by the reflector hood. And get some colored light bulbs too ... done gone and opened a can-o-worms now Buddy!!

Thanks ... and have no fear, Nina has been kicked back takin' it easy the past few days. Been spoilin' her for bein' such a good sport the entire photo shoot .. never complained once ... well ... did bitch about the lights bein' so damn hot!
