Got a late start on this shoot ... did not make as much progress as hoped for. Had a light bulb bite the dust and had no spare available. Picked up two new bulbs this morning so I now have a backup bulb ... D'Oh!!

Hope to have a more productive photo session this evening.

Pics are looking more and more pro for every pic posted

Top tip of the day: Plug a bass guitar in that amp and "keep tappin'" (you see what I did there?) that lowest chord. I bet she doesn't complain about it being hot when it's rumbling like an earthquake under her

Nina's eyes lit up after she read about your "bass guitar" idea ... told me to go upstairs and bring down the big Fender Bassman amp and grab the bass guitar!

I'm sure you are noticing (working with Mia) the way lighting affects the way our girls can show different "expressions" ... can bring out a smile or a frown, show extreme sultriness, or even show distaste/disgust, depending on light and shadow placement.

Have not quite developed "the eye" for being able to get that great looking "first shot" yet ... but I'm learning!

Quick question regarding your new light set ... do you get a major heat build up after a while when using you new lighting system?

Thank you very much for the kind compliments!
I am afraid there will not be a Halloween Concert this year. Von has his own "concert" he is participating in this Halloween, so he will be preoccupied with rhythm and lead guitar duties. He has been practicing quite a bit lately and has even shown me a few of his tunes that he will be playing this upcoming weekend.
So sorry Mr. Bin., please have a fun filled rockin' Halloween!

I can only say that the recently posted pics are perfect. The setup and the lighting are nicely done! You want really more? No problem!
Back to the roots. Imagine a studio casting or a live concert. Atmosphere, lighting, Nina gets sweating while playing hot riffs....an imagination to reproduce

Quick question regarding your new light set ... do you get a major heat build up after a while when using you new lighting system?
One Daylight provide 350 Watt (7x50 Watt) with a color temperature of 5.400 Kelvin and only emit hand warm temperature during the shooting. The surrounding area is enlighten in a bright and even backlight toward the screen. However I buy a third warm white LED spotlight to simulate the sunlight who rejects the real shadows on the objet to the floor.
