My goal is making the Fleshlight insert fit.

I will post a picture soon as I perfect it.

Aren't I right in thinking that Fleshlight is TPE? There may be a chemical reaction. It's worth checking.

The situation is not yet lost - if you have the blank and it's inserted then this can be the mould for restoring the original shape in situ.

Now that I have my doll I see what you mean about the DS insert. I hate it too.
It's very hard and only about 1/4" thick walls. It is about 1 1/2" around.
There's no softness or give to it. Its feels kinda like a hard rubber glove.

May I ask how you made the entry hole larger ?

I would really like to make my dolls larger since I can't really find any inserts small enough to fit.
Possibly around 2 1/2"would be good. That would fit many of the smaller sleeves from toy demon.
I'm not too worried about different materials being compatible with the silicone. The insert would only be installed when used and then left out.

I found the Magic Eyes Sujiman Kupa Rina Japanese Onahole fits nice, and OMG, the feeling is amazing realistic.
I am working on the fleshlight Lady Lager insert. let me assure you, making the hole larger is not easy, I drew the size i wanted, cut it with a xacto knife and cut very slowly, no matter how many times I take the insert in and out. It does not tear anymore. its almost like its better than the original hole.
the damm original hole i'm sure will tear sooner or later.

Did you cut only the opening bigger or the whole length inside ?
I was thinking about maybe attaching a sharp box cutter blade onto the end of a 2 1/2" steel pipe. Then slowly and carefully spinning it straight up her hole to the end. Might work and worth the risk since I can't use her as is.

On second thought, maybe my idea won't work.
The silicone on her tummy is not very thick and also between her 2 holes is pretty thin.
Maybe I'll just trim the opening and only the inside sides to be safe.

OOOO, Don't do that, you'll destroy her, I got the extra deep insert hole which is 20mm deep. thats not a problem. I cut her opening hole bigger. thats all I did.

The Sujiman Kupa Rina that you use is 2.5" x 2" according to toy demon.
My doll is only 1.5" wide inside. I don't think I'd fit the Sujiman Kupa Rina in there even with enlarging the opening.
Is your doll bigger than the 1.5" ?

Yes, it fits great, thats what i did, I enlarged the opening, I posted pictures of it. its hard to notice cause I was very careful and cut it slowly and end result allows bigger better inserts. and yes, the larger insert now slides in nicely . haven't used it yet cause I want to put her up for adoption soon.

once I cut the original opening, it doesn't tear anymore, weird. the original opening is just to small and tore the first time I installed the original insert. very unhappy with that part.
