U.S dress/shoe size for the 168cm

Hi,
Searched around and didn't find any info on dress/shoe sizes for the regular 168cm. Spedfish, haremlover, what sizes have you been using? Anyone else bought clothes for this doll? US sizes would be the best for me, but I can always find a conversion I'm sure.

BTW I have just adopted my first doll, Sasha, eeniemeenies DS168cm. Want to make sure she has some nice clothing when she arrives. I know about the staining issues and will be looking for light colored items and throughly wash anything she puts on. Did I say "she puts on"? Wow, I am really deep into ths already!

Congratulations! You got not only a wonderful bargain but a wonderful doll.

The shoe size is continental 33 to be precise but 35 fits well. I couldn't get espadrilles in France below 35! The larger size is easier to squeeze on and yet doesn't fall off.

Somewhere some time ago I found the following which has been helpful to me:
