Today I did a few pics of Emmanuelle for the challenge "Bowties and suspenders" and I called the entry: "Come on baby, light my fire". I love the Doors almost as much as my ladies.
Here we go! The first pic was taken with a glass of wine in Emmanuelle´s hand, but it fell to the ground after the first pic. It was a glass from Ikea with a nice, but not great Riesling from the banks of the Moselle so it wasn´t a big loss. And most important: nothing wrong with my baby.

Yeah me too. Funny thing is the remaining Doors, Robby Krieger and Ray Manzarek were playing near me a few years ago and I met them. They offered me a job on drums because I looked like John Densmore.

Hi Mondoon, thank you, I liked the challenge a lot. I´ve seen Robby Krieger and Ray Manzarek a few years ago with my mum, my sister and my neice, 3 generations of Doors fans. And we loved it!
What an honour to be considered to play with them. John Densmore was a remarkable drummer at their time, holding the sounds together with his jazzy style.
