Thanks to the help of this forum and its members along with DS customer support email I am ready to place my order for a new DS doll now. I have decided on the 160 plus / kayla. I just have a few last questions please:

1. Can anyone tell the skin color in the pic attached?

2. Has anyone bought their stand? Do you like it? Is its a good vale? If I get the stand on the site for $229 do I also need the hook for $32 or is that for something else?

3. What about finger wires. What would I be loosing by not getting them. Don't they just lead to damage?

4. Some here say get a stiff joint doll for posing and a loose joint one for sex. What if I would prefer to use her for both? Is it that hard to use a stiff joint doll for sex? I am primarily interested in missionary if that matters.

1. I would guess that is yellow skin color.
2. The stand is useful and it comes with both hooks that you will need. It's great for changing clothes!
3. Finger wires are recommended for posing. Without them, your girl will have floppy fingers.
4. Go for stiff joints. Sex will still be fantastic.

On colour, you have to be careful as that colour might be a LPink colour but in a warm light. On http://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 18#p741618 I have posted a LPink Kayla in both natural light and a warm light, in which she can look like your photo above . . .

I think the 160plus is a lovely sexy figure with a nice prominent bum in profile, and has the advantage of lower weight than the 158plus

1.) It looks like it could be the yellow tone. The yellow tone looks pinkish in indoor lighting, but more yellow in outdoor lighting.
2.) I didn't buy the stand, but I bought the hanging bolt. I customized my closet for hanging my dolls.
3.) The finger wires are tricky. They do seem to break at the knuckles pretty easily. My May's fingers can still be posed, but not at the knuckles. They seem to be a tad fragile, so if you're going to be very physical with her, consider getting her fingers without bones. My next doll will not have finger bones. Otherwise, if you're going to be doing lots of photography, with little physical interaction, finger bones are a must.
4.) My May has stiff joints, and it works very well for sex. She can hold poses for me easily, so that I don't have to constantly fiddle with her arms and legs. They still move easily enough when I want to change things up.
