Interesting. I was not pronouncing it this way.
They want you to say Fear-a, with a Th instead of an F.
I'm guessing Brits are doing this more than Yanks.

Did not expect that !

But it still depends on the person who owns the name how they want it to be pronounced I think.

Example: I now a girl named Jade.

When I call her Jade she gets mad, and says I have to pronounce it as "Ya - The"

I pronounce it as the above guide, but with the TH as in "Thunder" ...

My little sister's real name is Thera. We have always said it like "Sarah" but if you have a lithp... sorry, lisp........"Tharah"....... Ah, what the heck.......we just call her Nikki
