Earlier, I had received a message from someone (who will remain anonymous) who brought up some very good points about issues using DS dolls' inserts. It may sound silly to think that there are 'techniques' involved in using DS dolls, because most men would agree that sex is just a matter of inserting your penis into something, and thrusting in and out. But in all honesty, getting mind-blowing sex out of a DS doll **DOES** take some practice. I imagine Haremlover nodding in agreement as he reads this.
I realize that this topic can be sensitive for many, and even in some cases, downright embarrassing for some, as not everyone (perhaps no one) on this forum is as shameless, uncouth, perverted, horny, and dirty as I am.
However, I would also like to remind you folks that you should feel comfortable asking questions about dolls, how to have sex with them, and what sex acts other members would recommend. The reason why is because when you insert yourself into them, and expunge the air, they not only caress your cock, but they suck on it, and grip it all at the same time. The longer you stay inserted, and the deeper you penetrate, the more pronounced this feeling becomes. One issue that was brought up was difficulties penetrating the insert due to air pressure pushing back on the penis. The fact is, the air must be expunged from the insert if you want to penetrate it deeper than just one or two inches.
I have found that if you're splaying your doll's legs out horizontally, the insert may not be making contact with the labia walls any longer. This allows your penis to push the lips back, and into the vaginal housing cavity, rather than letting you penetrate the insert. Another potential problem is that if you are putting the insert too far into the vaginal housing, lubricant can get into the housing, which allows the vaginal lips to slide backwards. This can also cause the insert to "bunch up" inside the vaginal housing, which can make penetration more difficult.
NOTE: the vaginal lips and clitoris on the insert are crooked in this example. I just put the insert in for a quick example to include in this post.
What I do is I start by bending May or Issy's legs backwards so that they are pointing straight up. Then, I slowly bend them back further towards their bodies. At this point, the vagina can be penetrated, but it will be very tight, so if you don't like having your cock put in a vice grip, this position may not be for you.

NOTE: This may go beyond the range of motion DS Doll recommends, so I will not officially endorse putting your doll in this position. With that said, I have not seen any detrimental effects from doing so.
If your DS doll's legs are spread horizonally, this will cause the vaginal core to pull open much further than if the legs are bent back and then open. This will cause the insert to lose contact with the labia, and it will also potentially cause tearing on the vaginal core (you can see a slight tear near the clitoral region where I had to learn that lesson the hard way).
Like I stated earlier, the longer you stay penetrated, the more intense the suction will become. In these cases, it's just a simple matter of pulling out, applying more lube, and then penetrating again. Sometimes, it can be helpful to gently press on your doll's belly to help push the air out of the insert. Practice, practice, practice.
